About The Role
We are seeking a talented and energetic Visual Content Designer specializing in graphics and short-form video content to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, a creative flair for producing engaging Reels and Shorts, and the ability to translate marketing objectives into compelling visual stories. This role is critical in helping our clients stand out on social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube by creating content that captures attention and drives engagement. The position requires working during US business hours, specifically night shifts, to facilitate real-time collaboration with our North American clients and team members. This is a remote opportunity, offering flexibility and the chance to work with a vibrant, innovative team committed to excellence in digital marketing.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess a combination of technical skills, creative talent, and relevant experience, including:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator, for static graphic design.
- Experience with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut for creating short-form videos.
- Demonstrated ability to produce viral or high-engagement video content, with a focus on transitions, timing, and audio synchronization.
- Strong understanding of design fundamentals, including typography, color theory, and layout, tailored for digital marketing.
- At least 2-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within an agency environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to interpret creative briefs and provide constructive feedback.
Responsibilities

- Conceptualizing, editing, and producing short-form videos such as Instagram Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts that are engaging and aligned with marketing goals.
- Designing high-quality visual assets for various digital channels including social media, email campaigns, display advertising, and pitch decks.
- Ensuring visual consistency across multiple brands by adhering to established brand guidelines and market trends specific to the US audience.
- Collaborating closely with outreach and strategy teams to translate marketing objectives into captivating visual content.
- Monitoring current trends in digital design and video content to keep our content fresh, relevant, and impactful within the US digital landscape.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting deadlines.
