About The Role
We are seeking a talented and motivated Graphic Designer to join our creative team on a remote basis, with a preference for candidates located in Delhi or Mumbai. As a key contributor to our design department, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and producing visually engaging marketing materials that support our clients' brand strategies. Your work will span digital and print media, including social media graphics, email templates, landing pages, infographics, print advertisements, signage, and trade show collateral. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, a strategic mindset, and a passion for creating innovative visual solutions that captivate audiences and communicate brand messages effectively.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will hold a BA or BS degree in Design, Visual Communications, or a related field, or possess equivalent practical experience. You should have at least 2 years of experience working as a marketing or branding designer, either within an in-house creative team or an agency environment. A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to produce engaging, results-driven designs across multiple platforms is essential. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator, is required. You should have a solid understanding of visual design principles, including illustration, animation, iconography, typography, and layout, with the ability to adapt these skills for digital and interactive media. Knowledge of accessibility standards and project management skills are advantageous, along with excellent communication and presentation abilities to articulate your ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and create high-quality marketing materials for digital platforms such as mobile and online display banners, social media, emails, landing pages, and blogs, as well as print media including print ads, signage, and trade show collateral.
- Translate creative briefs into compelling visual solutions that align with brand objectives and marketing goals.
- Design and develop strong brand identities, ensuring consistency across all visual touchpoints.
- Create unique brand illustrations, icons, and other visual assets to enhance brand storytelling.
- Present design ideas and concepts effectively to clients and internal stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine outputs.
- Analyze the competitive landscape and industry trends to develop differentiated visual strategies that stand out in the marketplace.
- Maintain and uphold brand standards and guidelines to ensure cohesive visual communication.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
