About the Role
We are looking for a creative, camera-confident Graphic Designer who goes beyond visuals — someone who understands SEO fundamentals, can craft compelling User Generated Content (UGC), and brings authentic storytelling to everything they create. If you love designing, love being on camera, and understand how content ranks and converts, this role was made for you.
Key Responsibilities
🎨 Graphic Design
- Design high-quality creatives for social media, digital campaigns, presentations, and marketing collaterals.
- Develop brand-consistent visual assets including banners, reels thumbnails, infographics, and ad creatives.
- Edit and retouch images, apply brand guidelines, and maintain a consistent visual identity across platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to translate briefs into compelling visual narratives.
📱 UGC & On-Camera Content
- Appear confidently on camera to create authentic UGC videos, product demos, testimonials, and social reels.
- Script, shoot, and self-edit short-form videos for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.
- Ideate and produce content that resonates with target audiences and drives engagement.
- Stay updated on trending formats, audio, and styles across social media platforms.
🔍 SEO (Core Requirement)
- Conduct keyword research and apply on-page SEO best practices to written and visual content.
- Optimize image alt texts, meta descriptions, titles, and content structure for search visibility.
- Collaborate on blog/content strategy aligned with SEO goals.
- Track content performance using tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
- Understand the relationship between design, content, and organic rankings.
🌐 WordPress (Added Advantage)
- Upload and format content on WordPress — blogs, landing pages, and creative assets.
- Basic understanding of page builders like Elementor or Gutenberg.
- Perform minor website updates and ensure visual consistency on web pages.
Skills & Qualifications
✅ Must-Have
- 1–3 years of graphic design experience with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro / After Effects) and/or Canva Pro.
- Proven SEO knowledge — on-page optimization, keyword strategy, content SEO.
- Camera-friendly and comfortable creating UGC-style video content independently.
- Strong eye for aesthetics, color theory, and typography.
- Self-starter with excellent time management and attention to detail.
⭐ Good to Have
- Experience with WordPress CMS and basic page editing.
- Familiarity with SEO tools: Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Ubersuggest.
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar).
- Knowledge of social media algorithms and platform-specific content strategies.
- Understanding of performance marketing creatives (Meta Ads, Google Display).
