By executing large-scale government initiatives like PMKVY, PMKK, and DDUGKY, as well as corporate CSR projects, Empower Pragati aims to address unemployment and promote sustainability. The organization works with diverse and vulnerable groups, including women, juvenile delinquents, individuals with disabilities, and school/college dropouts from both rural and urban areas. Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role based in Delhi, India for a Graphic Designer. The Graphic Designer will develop creative visual content to align with the organization's branding and communication goals. Responsibilities include designing logos, branding materials, and engaging graphic assets, working closely with the marketing and communication team. Incorporating feedback, maintaining brand consistency, and staying updated with design trends are essential to the role. The successful candidate will adapt to diverse project needs and contribute innovative design ideas.
Responsibilities
- Experienced in designing digital and print materials: banners, social media creatives, booklets, brochures, annual reports, presentations, infographics, etc.
- Work on layouts, typography, iconography, and image editing.
- Collaborate with the content and communication team to brainstorm creative ideas and visual storytelling.
- Maintain a consistent brand aesthetic across all designs and assets.
- Creating assets for merchandise, training materials, and internal campaigns.
Requirements
- Expertise in Graphics, Graphic Design, and Logo Design
- Proficiency in Branding, Typography, iconography, and image editing
- Strong attention to detail and a creative vision for impactful visual storytelling
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time
- Proficiency in industry-standard graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) & Coreldraw
- Experience with design for both digital and print media is a plus
Job Location: Ghitorni, New Delhi
Salary: 30K CTC per month
