We're looking for someone who enjoys studying these journeys and improving them through
thoughtful experimentation and data.
Role Overview
We're looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Graphic Designer who understands both
aesthetics and performance. You'll work closely with the marketing team to create high-
converting creatives across ads, CRM, social media, and marketplaces like Amazon.
Key Responsibilities
• Design performance creatives for paid ads (Meta, Google, etc.) with a strong focus on conversions
• Create visually engaging CRM assets (emailers, WhatsApp, SMS campaigns)
• Develop social media content (posts, carousels, stories, reel covers) aligned with
Ember's visual language
• Design and optimise Amazon listings, A+ content, and marketplace creatives
• Support content shoots and assist in building a cohesive brand content library
• Adapt creatives across formats, platforms, and campaign needs
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to translate briefs into compelling visuals
What we are looking for
• 0-3 years of experience in graphic design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or Figma
• Strong sense of layout, typography, and clean, modern aesthetics
• Interest in D2C, performance marketing, and conversion-focused design
• Ability to work fast, iterate quickly, and take feedback constructively
• Awareness of social media trends and digital-first design
• Someone who cares about both how things look and how they perform
• High ownership, attention to detail, and execution speed
• A strong visual sensibility aligned with modern, minimal design
Bonus
• Experience with D2C brands, especially in lifestyle/home/kitchen categories
• Familiarity with Amazon/e-commerce design guidelines
• Basic motion graphics or video editing skills
