Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of strong graphic design experience across print and digital creative
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator, and Canva
- Experience creating marketing collateral within a corporate or brand-driven environment
- Strong understanding of brand management and brand standards implementation
- Ability to research topics, organize information, and develop content independently
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to draft and refine messaging clearly
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work collaboratively while remaining self-directed and dependable
- Flexibility to adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- English and Spanish speaking and writing skills required
- Awareness of current design trends and the judgment to apply them thoughtfully within a brand
- Resourceful, dependable, detail-oriented, and confident in handling both quick-turn and long-term projects
Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce print and digital marketing materials across social media, email, web, direct mail, print advertising, presentations, public relations, trade shows, and sales support
- Create and update flyers, brochures, presentations, banners, invitations, ads, and other marketing collateral
- Develop creative assets for short-term initiatives and long-term marketing campaigns
- Research, develop, and refine content for marketing materials when source content is incomplete or unavailable
- Gather information from internal teams and available sources to create accurate and polished materials
- Draft, adapt, and refine copy for collateral, campaigns, presentations, and branded assets while maintaining brand consistency
- Take ownership of both visual execution and supporting content development to complete projects successfully
- Build and maintain reusable templates for recurring materials
- Support lead generation efforts through strategic campaign asset design
- Help maintain and evolve brand consistency across all markets and materials
- Manage and organize the department's content and creative asset libraries
- Review and update existing materials to ensure messaging, imagery, and links remain current
- Update team materials including headshots, team pages, business cards, and related company assets
- Edit and retouch photos, including adding or removing individuals from group images
- Manage photo libraries to ensure images remain current and high quality
- Design event collateral including flyers, invitations, and supporting materials for company events
- Create branded leave-behind materials and promotional assets as requested
- Create and develop bilingual marketing materials as needed
