Graphic Designer (3–4 Years Experience)
Location : Trivandrum (On-site)
About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Graphic Designer to create engaging visuals across digital platforms. You’ll work closely with design and marketing teams to bring brand campaigns to life while maintaining visual consistency and high creative standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality creatives for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube)
- Create marketing collateral including posters, banners, brochures, pitch decks, and thumbnails
- Collaborate with marketing and brand teams on campaigns and creative strategies
- Develop motion graphics and GIFs (optional but preferred)
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual outputs
- Stay up to date with design trends and industry best practices
- Manage multiple projects efficiently under tight deadlines
- Organize and maintain design asset libraries
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field
- 3–4 years of professional design experience (agency experience is a plus)
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital and marketing design work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Familiarity with tools like Canva and Freepik
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
Bonus Skills
- Experience with After Effects or Premiere Pro
- Video editing or short-form content creation
- Familiarity with AI design tools (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly
