Job Summary
We’re looking for a fast, creative, AI-first Graphic Designer who can produce high-quality videos and social creatives at scale. This role blends design, video, and content ideation, with strong ownership and speed.
Key Responsibilities
- Create AI-led talking-head videos, reels, and ad creatives
- Design social posts, carousels, and static creatives daily
- Handle end-to-end execution: ideation → creation → editing → posting
- Bring fresh content ideas for ads, social media and app
- Maintain brand consistency across all creatives
- Collaborate across marketing, content, product, tech and PR
- Manage creative tools, subscriptions, and invoicing
Tools & Platforms
- AI Tools: Claude, ChatGPT, Seedance 2.0, Google Veo 3.1 (video), Google Banana Pro (image), Freepik
AI, Google (Gemini/Bard), Runway (or similar)
- Design: Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma
- Video: Adobe Premiere Pro
- Motion Graphics: Adobe After Effects
- Familiarity with AI workflows and automation is a plus
- Social Platforms: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Pinterest, Discord
- Scheduling Tools: Buffer, Loomly, Sprout Social
Requirements
- Strong portfolio (social creatives + videos)
- Experience in AI-driven design & video creation
- Ability to deliver high-volume creative assets daily within deadlines
- Strong visual storytelling & design fundamentals
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setup
- Understanding of UI/UX and wireframing for mobile apps and websites
