Role Description
We're looking for a Graphic Designer and Illustrator to join our team in Delhi NCR (full time, in office) and help bring our programs and communication to life visually. You'll design digital content for social media, create marketing collaterals, support presentations and pitch decks, and maintain visual consistency across Eduxa AI's brand and program communication. Day to day, this means working closely with the content, marketing, and product teams to turn ideas into polished visuals for web, app, print, and social platforms.
What You'll Be Doing
- Designing digital content for social media: posts, reel covers, carousels, and campaign creatives
- Creating marketing collaterals such as brochures, flyers, one pagers, and banners
- Designing presentations and pitch decks
- Supporting visual design needs across our initiatives, including Humain Learning, the National Road Safety Mission, and the Humain AI Literacy Mission
- Developing original illustrations and character designs where needed for educational content and campaigns
- Maintaining visual consistency across Eduxa AI's brand and program communication
- Refining artwork based on feedback and preparing production ready files
What We're Looking For
- A strong portfolio showcasing social media, marketing, and illustration work (education or technology sector experience is a plus)
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator, Canva, or similar
- Comfort with both structured design work (layouts, templates, branding) and original illustration or character work
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple design requests and deadlines at once
- An eye for clean, modern, education sector appropriate design
- Familiarity with AI tools, or a willingness to learn
