🔹 About the Role
Dynamics Monk is looking for a creative and passionate Junior Graphic Designer to join our growing team. You will collaborate with our marketing, product, and content teams to design visually compelling creatives that represent our brand across digital and print platforms.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
Design social media creatives, banners, infographics, and digital marketing assets
Create presentation templates, pitch decks, and sales collateral
Support UI mockups, landing pages, and product visuals
Ensure brand consistency across all design materials
Collaborate with marketing and content teams to translate briefs into impactful visuals
Prepare files for print and digital publishing
Design creatives for events, exhibitions, and campaigns
Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently
🔹 Required Skills
1–2 years of experience in graphic design (internships considered)
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or similar tools
Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design
A strong portfolio showcasing creative work
Good time management and multitasking abilities
Understanding of social media design formats and digital marketing creatives
Bachelor’s/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
🔹 Good to Have
Motion graphics or basic video editing (After Effects / Premiere Pro)
Exposure to UI/UX design tools (Figma / Adobe XD)
Experience in B2B or tech branding
Knowledge of PowerPoint / Word template design
Understanding of print production and file formats
