We're Hiring: Ad Campaign/Graphic Designer (Work From Home)
We're building something new. A stealth-stage startup backed by a Dubai-based real estate group, launching Soon.
We need someone who can design ad creatives that actually convert, not just look nice.
- Design ad creatives for Meta and Instagram campaigns (static + carousel)
- Build a library of templates for fast iteration across multiple campaigns
- Design mood-based, lifestyle-driven creative (not generic corporate templates)
- Work directly with the marketing team, fast turnaround, no bureaucracy
- 1-3 years of experience in performance/ad creative design (agency or in-house)
- Strong portfolio in social-first ad design (Meta ads, Instagram Reels covers, carousels)
- Comfortable with Figma/Photoshop/ilustator
- Video editing skills are a plus

What you'll do:
- Design ad creatives for Meta and Instagram campaigns (static + carousel)

What we need:
- Strong skills in graphics and graphic design, with a portfolio showing clean, modern visual work
- Experience in logo design and branding, able to create and refine visual identities for campaigns and corporate materials
- Proficiency in typography, choosing and applying typefaces that improve readability and brand consistency
- Proficiency with industry-standard tools (Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or similar) and basic knowledge of digital formats and specs
- Strong attention to detail, ability to follow brand guidelines, and skill in managing multiple projects remotely
- Effective communication skills, able to take feedback and present design concepts clearly
- Video editing skills are a plus
- Experience in marketing, real estate, finance, or professional services design is a plus
- Formal training in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field preferred, but equivalent practical experience will be considered.
