About Discov
Discov is a fast-growing fashion & lifestyle brand focused on trend-led, youth-centric products and high-performing social media creatives. We are looking for a Graphic Designer who can combine strong visual design skills with AI tools to create faster, smarter, and better-performing creatives.
This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years experience who is hungry, fast, adaptable, and active on D2C website and Instagram trends. Freshers with strong portfolio + AI skills can apply.
Role Overview
We need a designer who can create:
- Social media posts & reels creatives
- Website banners
- Performance marketing ads
- Product/mockup creatives
- Influencer collaboration creatives
- Emailer & campaign graphics
- AI-assisted visual concepts
The ideal candidate should understand modern fashion aesthetics and know how to use AI tools to speed up creative production.
Required Skills
Design Skills
- Adobe Photoshop
- Illustrator
- Canva
- Basic video editing (CapCut/Premiere Pro preferred)
AI Tool Skills
Should know basic-to-intermediate usage of:
- ChatGPT
- Midjourney / DALL·E / Leonardo AI ( good to have )
- AI background generation
- AI image enhancement/upscaling
- AI-assisted content ideation
Good To Have
- Understanding of fashion/lifestyle brands
- Instagram trend awareness
- Performance ad creative understanding
- Photography/editing sense
What We’re Looking For
- Fast execution speed
- Good aesthetic sense
- Ability to follow brand guidelines
- Ability to deliver multiple creatives daily
