Role Description
We are looking for a Graphic Designer who can translate brand strategy into high-quality visual
communication across digital platforms.
This role is not just about design execution—it requires an understanding of branding, audience
psychology, and performance-driven creatives. You will work closely with the Creative Head to
deliver visuals that are both aesthetically premium and conversion-focused.
Key Responsibilities
1. Creative Design Execution
Design high-quality creatives for:
- Social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Ad creatives (Meta, Google, LinkedIn)
- Campaign visuals and promotional materials
- Website and landing page assets
Ensure all designs align with premium brand standards
2. Brand Consistency & Visual Identity
Follow and maintain brand guidelines across all creatives
Ensure consistency in:
- Typography
- Color palettes
- Layout and visual language
Contribute to evolving the brand’s visual identity
3. Performance-Oriented Design
Create creatives optimized for:
- Engagement (scroll-stopping visuals)
- Click-through rates (CTR)
- Lead generation campaigns
Work closely with marketing teams to iterate designs based on performance insights
4. Collaboration & Workflow
Collaborate with:
- Creative Head
- Content team
- Performance marketing team
Execute tasks within defined timelines and deadlines
Participate in brainstorming and idea discussions
5. Adaptation & Speed
- Adapt designs quickly based on feedback and revisions
- Handle multiple design requirements simultaneously
- Maintain speed without compromising quality
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (1–4 years preferred)
Strong portfolio showcasing:
- Social media creatives
- Ad creatives
- Branding work
Strong understanding of:
- Layout, typography, and color theory
- Social media design trends
- Digital-first design thinking
Ability to understand briefs and convert them into high-quality visual output
