Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Graphic Designer based in Kolkata. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs, developing branding materials, designing logos, and working on typography-related projects. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with the marketing and creative teams to deliver impactful and cohesive visual content that aligns with the company’s goals and brand identity.
Key Responsibilities
- Design engaging creatives for social media, ads, and marketing campaigns
- Create visually appealing banners, posters, and promotional materials
- Collaborate with marketing team to align designs with campaign goals
- Maintain brand consistency across all platforms
- Deliver high-quality work within deadlines
Must Have Skills
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in graphic design
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva (or similar tools)
- Strong portfolio showcasing social media creatives & ad designs
- Basic understanding of marketing & audience psychology
- Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly
Good to Have (Preferred)
- Experience working with schools, coaching institutes, or EdTech brands
- Knowledge of video editing or motion graphics
- Familiarity with branding and campaign strategy
