Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who will be responsible for developing visually compelling designs for social media, product packaging, marketplace listings, brand campaigns, and digital marketing materials.
The role requires a strong understanding of brand storytelling, consumer psychology, and marketplace-ready visual communication, particularly for e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media & Digital Content
- Design creative posts, reels covers, banners, and ad creatives for social media platforms.
- Create engaging visual content aligned with brand guidelines and marketing campaigns.
- Develop creatives for promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal sales.
2. Packaging & Product Design
- Design product packaging, labels, and box artwork for Ayurvedic and wellness products.
- Ensure packaging designs comply with regulatory and labeling requirements.
- Prepare print-ready artwork files and coordinate with packaging vendors when required.
3. Marketplace Catalogue Design
- Create Amazon / Flipkart / marketplace product listing creatives including:
- Product images
- Infographics
- Lifestyle visuals
- A+ content modules
- Optimize visual layouts to improve conversion and customer engagement.
4. Branding & Marketing Materials
- Design brochures, flyers, presentations, catalogues, and marketing collateral.
- Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams for campaign execution.
5. Creative Strategy
- Research design trends in wellness, Ayurveda, and D2C brands.
- Contribute ideas for brand identity development, packaging innovation, and campaign visuals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in FMCG, wellness, or e-commerce brands.
- Proficiency in design tools such as:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- Canva / Figma (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of:
- Social media design formats
- Packaging design & print specifications
- E-commerce catalogue optimization
- Ability to translate marketing concepts into high-impact visuals.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with Ayurvedic, wellness, beauty, or nutraceutical brands.
- Experience designing Amazon A+ content and marketplace creatives.
- Basic knowledge of video editing or motion graphics is a plus.
