Graphic Designer (Adobe Suite + Video Editing)

About the Role
We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can bring ideas to life across digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone who understands branding, marketing communication, and visual storytelling — and is comfortable working with both static creatives and video content.
You’ll collaborate closely with marketing strategists, performance marketers, and content teams to create visuals that drive engagement, conversions, and brand recall.
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality creatives for:
- Social media (organic & paid ads)
- Websites & landing pages
- Email campaigns & marketing collaterals
- Create and edit short-form videos for:
- Social media ads (Reels, Shorts, Stories)
- Brand promos & explainer videos
- Develop brand-consistent visual assets aligned with campaign goals
- Work on concept development for campaigns, ads, and creatives
- Design Professional PowerPoint (PPT) presentations.
Edit videos including:
- Cutting, transitions, subtitles, basic motion graphics, and sound sync
- Collaborate with marketing teams to understand briefs and deliver creatives on time
- Stay updated with design trends, social media formats, and platform best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including:
- Photoshop
- Illustrator
- After Effects
- Premiere Pro
- Hands-on experience with video editing for digital platforms
- Solid understanding of:
- Layouts, typography, color theory, and branding
- Ability to design for performance marketing (CTR-focused creatives is a plus)
- Good time management and ability to handle multiple projects
- Attention to detail with a creative mindset
Good to Have (Not Mandatory)
- Experience designing Meta & Google Ads creatives
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics
- Understanding of UI/UX or website design fundamentals
- Familiarity with social media trends and content formats
