Graphic Designer (Marketing Team)
Location: Remote

About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. This role plays a key part in elevating our brand’s visual identity across digital platforms.
You will collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to create engaging visuals, support campaigns, and bring ideas to life through design. This is ideal for someone who understands visual storytelling, stays updated with design trends, and has a strong sense of marketing aesthetics.
Key Responsibilities
- Design visual assets for marketing campaigns, social media, emailers, and promotional materials
- Create compelling graphics aligned with brand identity to drive engagement
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative strategies
- Design infographics, ads, presentations, and other marketing collateral
- Maintain consistency in branding across all platforms
- Support basic video editing and motion graphics for reels and campaigns
- Iterate designs based on feedback and performance insights
- Stay updated with design trends and digital marketing best practices
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects), Canva, and Figma
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, and color theory
- Knowledge of social media platforms and digital content trends
- Ability to translate marketing goals into impactful visual content
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Experience in both digital and print design
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Basic video editing/animation skills (preferred)
- Ability to take initiative and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Portfolio showcasing previous work (mandatory)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in a graphic design or marketing role
- Experience working on social media campaigns and branded content
- Understanding of design requirements for Indian and Canadian markets (preferred)
- Ability to work in a remote, cross-functional environment
