CodeMarks Enterprises Pvt Ltd is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to develop visual assets that support the company’s brand, marketing, communication, and digital presence. The role requires strong design fundamentals, the ability to translate business requirements into effective visual communication, and consistency in maintaining brand standards across formats.
Key Responsibilities
Design and Creative Development
- Create high-quality visual content for digital and print use, including social media creatives, pitch decks, presentations, brochures, banners, reports, and internal communication materials.
- Design brand-aligned assets for websites, landing pages, email campaigns, and promotional content.
- Develop graphics, layouts, illustrations, icons, and visual concepts based on business and campaign requirements.
- Convert briefs into compelling creative outputs within defined timelines.
Brand Management
- Ensure consistency of branding across all internal and external communication materials.
- Maintain and evolve templates, brand assets, and design libraries.
- Support the development and refinement of brand identity elements as the organization grows.
Collaboration and Execution
- Work closely with leadership, marketing, HR, operations, and other stakeholders to understand design needs.
- Participate in campaign planning and contribute creative ideas for visual storytelling.
- Revise and refine designs based on stakeholder feedback while maintaining quality and clarity.
- Manage multiple assignments simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Content and Presentation Design
- Create visually polished investor, client, and internal presentations.
- Support infographic creation, data visualization, and document formatting for business communication.
- Prepare final files optimized for digital use, printing, or publishing as applicable.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant graphic design experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, digital design, presentation design, and marketing collateral.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, or equivalent platforms.
- Good understanding of typography, color theory, composition, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in startup, consulting, finance, technology, or professional services environments.
- Familiarity with UI-focused design, web graphics, and basic motion design.
- Experience working with Canva, Figma, or presentation design tools.
- Ability to handle both creative ideation and production-level execution.
