Role Overview
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and visually strong Graphic Designer who can translate ideas, brand stories, and marketing objectives into compelling designs across digital and print platforms.
As a key member of the creative and marketing team, you will work closely with strategists, content writers, marketers, developers, and leadership teams to create engaging visual assets for social media, branding, websites, campaigns, presentations, and marketing collaterals.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of design principles, branding systems, typography, layouts, and digital communication, along with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality digital and print creatives based on client requirements, brand guidelines, and creative briefs.
- Design visual assets for social media, performance marketing campaigns, websites, presentations, emailers, brochures, banners, reports, signage, and other marketing collaterals.
- Work on branding, visual identity, and communication design projects for clients across various industries.
- Collaborate with content writers, strategists, developers, and marketing teams to create integrated campaigns and brand communication.
- Ensure consistency in visual language, brand identity, and communication across all platforms and touchpoints.
- Create illustrations, infographics, campaign creatives, and marketing visuals aligned with communication objectives.
- Contribute to design requirements for websites, reports, pitch decks, presentations, and offline marketing materials.
- Manage and organise design assets, photographs, source files, and creative folders systematically.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders for print production, material selection, and execution.
- Stay updated with design trends, AI-assisted creative tools, digital formats, and evolving visual communication practices.
- Deliver high-quality creative output within tight timelines and across multiple ongoing projects.
Key Skills & Requirements
- Strong skills in graphic design, typography, layout, colour theory, and visual communication.
- Good understanding of branding, storytelling, and marketing-led design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Adobe After Effects.
- Knowledge of Figma, Canva, Premiere Pro, or similar design and video tools will be an added advantage.
- Good photography and photo editing skills.
- Motion graphics and video editing skills will be a bonus.
- Strong understanding of print production, formats, materials, and vendor coordination.
- Ability to take a design from concept to final execution across digital and offline platforms.
- Ability to work on multiple brands, formats, and design styles simultaneously.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with content, strategy, marketing, development, and leadership teams.
- Ability to deliver under pressure with quick turnaround times.
- Detail-oriented approach with strong organisational and creative problem-solving abilities.
- A passionate team player with a strong interest in branding, storytelling, and marketing communication.
Qualification & Experience
- Education in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Candidates from reputed design institutes will be preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects is required.
- Candidates with 2–4 years of relevant experience in an agency, design studio, or creative environment will be preferred.
- Freshers with an exceptional portfolio and strong creative skills may also apply.
