About the Role
Chate Coaching Classes is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can create high-quality, professional, and student-focused designs for our academic and marketing needs. The designer will work closely with the marketing and operations team to create compelling visuals that strengthen the Chate brand across print and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design creatives for social media, ads, banners, posters, brochures, prospectus, standees, flyers, and admission campaigns
- Create print-ready designs for academic materials, notes, book covers, and internal branding materials
- Design website banners, landing page visuals, and other digital assets
- Maintain consistency in brand colors, typography, and overall visual identity
- Work on branch-level marketing creatives and campaign-specific materials
- Coordinate with the content, marketing, and management team to understand requirements and deliver creatives on time
- Make revisions based on feedback and ensure final output quality
- Prepare files in proper formats for print, digital publishing, and production
- Support visual design needs for events, seminars, workshops, and student engagement activities
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and CorelDRAW / Canva / Figma
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, color balance, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to create both print and digital designs
- Good sense of clean, modern, and professional design
- Ability to follow brand guidelines and maintain consistency
- Attention to detail and fast execution
- Basic understanding of social media creative formats and sizes
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree / diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in graphic design
- Experience in education, coaching, publishing, or marketing-related design work is preferred
- Understanding of print production, bleed, margin, CMYK, etc. is a plus
