We are looking for a designer who understands personal brand aesthetics — someone who can make a YouTube thumbnail that gets clicked and a story template that feels premium, not generic.
About Us:
You will be the visual backbone of 15 personal brand accounts — creating thumbnails, IG story templates, lower-thirds, and brand kits that make each client look distinct and credible.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design YouTube thumbnails for each client that are click-worthy and match their personal brand
2. Create Instagram Story and Highlight cover templates per client brand guideline
3. Design lower-third graphics and text overlays for use in reels (export as PNG/MOV with transparency)
4. Build and maintain individual brand kits for each client (fonts, colours, logo, tone)
5. Create weekly static posts, carousel covers, and quote graphics as needed per client
6. Coordinate with editors to ensure on-screen text and graphic styles are consistent across all edits
7. Deliver assets in correct dimensions for all Instagram and YouTube placements
Must Have:
* Strong portfolio with YouTube thumbnails, IG story designs, and personal brand visual identity work
* Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
* Canva Pro proficiency for rapid asset creation
* Understanding of personal brand visual language — clean, credible, professional aesthetics
* Eye for typography and layout in vertical and square formats
Good to Have:
* Experience with After Effects for simple motion graphic overlays
* Familiarity with brand identity design for coaches, speakers, or executives
* Basic video colour palette awareness to match graphics with footage tone
Important — We are NOT looking for:
✗ Designers with only print, packaging, or UI/UX portfolios
✗ Designers who have never worked on social media content at scale
