Graphic Designer responsible for creating visually compelling designs that support branding, marketing, and digital communication efforts. Role focuses on developing creative assets for social media, marketing campaigns, websites, and internal communications while maintaining consistent brand identity across all visual materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging visual designs for digital and marketing materials
- Design graphics for social media posts, presentations, and promotional campaigns
- Develop brand assets such as banners, brochures, infographics, and marketing visuals
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to translate ideas into strong visual concepts
- Ensure consistency in brand identity across all design outputs
- Edit and refine designs based on feedback from stakeholders
- Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and creative practices
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in graphic design or visual content creation
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design
- Ability to create visually appealing and brand-aligned designs
- Strong creativity and attention to detail
- Good communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with design tools such as Figma or Canva
- Familiarity with basic motion graphics or video editing tools
- Experience designing digital marketing or social media content
