About the Role:
We are looking for a Graphic Designer to create designs for our marketing efforts including
social media, website assets, paid ads, learning content etc.
Key Responsibilities:
● Design engaging static graphics for digital platforms, including social media posts, ad
creatives, brochures, banners and emailers
● Collaborate with copywriters and motion designers to create cohesive, visually
appealing stories
● Assist in creating brand collateral such as certificates, letterheads, and website
visuals
● Maintain and evolve a consistent brand identity across all visual assets
● Work closely with the Head of Branding to align designs with brand guidelines
● Partner with marketing teams to refine visuals for higher engagement and conversion
● Stay updated on design trends to ensure fresh and innovative creative output
Required Skills and Qualifications:
● A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or a related field (preferred, but not
mandatory)
● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
● A strong portfolio showcasing brand design, social media creatives and marketing
collateral
● Deep understanding of typography, color theory, layout and visual hierarchy
● High attention to detail to deliver polished, pixel-perfect designs
● Good to have: Experience working with Canva
● Bonus: Knowledge of Figma and web/UI design principles
● Excellent communication and teamwork skills
● Familiarity with brand consistency and storytelling through design
● Ability to juggle multiple projects under tight deadlines
● Aesthetic sensibility and problem-solving mindset
