The Role
We’re hiring a full-time Graphics Designer with 5+ years of experience to work from home as a permanent member of our team. You’ll be a core creative voice in the agency not a vendor, not a contractor collaborating directly with our founder and owning the visual output across multiple client accounts.
What you’ll be doing:
• Design social media creatives, carousels, reels covers, and branded templates across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X
• Create brand identity assets — logos, colour systems, typography guides, and visual style guides
• Produce static and animated thumbnails, ad creatives, and UGC-supporting visuals
• Design website and landing page layouts (Figma/Webflow handoff)
• Support motion graphics projects with After Effects assets or storyboards
• Adapt designs quickly across multiple formats and platforms without losing creative quality
• Maintain brand consistency across all client deliverables
• Participate in creative briefings, brainstorms, and client reviews
What We’re Looking For
Must-haves:
• 5+ years of graphic design experience (agency or in-house)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong Figma skills for layout and prototyping
• Proven portfolio with brand identity and social content work
• Ability to interpret briefs and deliver independently with minimal hand-holding
• Disciplined self-management — reliable, communicative, and deadline-driven in a remote setup
• Comfortable managing deliverables across multiple client accounts simultaneously
Strong advantage:
• Experience with motion graphics / After Effects
• Understanding of social media best practices and content performance
• Background in lifestyle, wellness, beauty, or crypto/tech branding
• Familiarity with Canva for building client-facing editable templates
• Basic Webflow or web layout knowledge
• Understanding of UGC and creator-economy content formats
Bonus points:
• You have a personal design style — not just technical skill, but a genuine point of view
• You’ve worked with international clients across Indian, European, or US markets
• You’re aware of Vedic aesthetics, spiritual wellness, or cultural brand sensibilities
Employment Details

• Hours: Standard full-time hours with some overlap with EST timezone for US client coordination
• Probation: 3-month probation period
• Leave: Paid annual leave as per applicable employment norms
