Role Description
As our Graphic Designer, your primary mission is to elevate our visual presence across YouTube and our broader brand identity. You won't just be "making things look pretty"- you’ll be designing for high engagement, click-through rates (CTR), and brand recognition.
Key Responsibilities
- High-CTR Thumbnails: Design eye-catching, high-contrast YouTube thumbnails that stop the scroll and drive views.
- Channel Branding: Create and maintain cohesive YouTube banners, end screens, and profile icons.
- Logo & Identity: Develop unique logos and brand assets for new shows, sub-brands, or internal projects.
- Visual Consistency: Ensure all graphics align with our brand guidelines while staying ahead of current design trends.
- Iteration: Use performance data (CTR/Analytics) to tweak designs and improve visual strategy.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Graphics and Graphic Design
- Experience with Logo Design and Branding to maintain cohesive visual identity
- Strong understanding of Typography and its application in creative design
- Strong attention to detail and ability to conceptualize and execute designs aligned with client needs
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Experience in the post-production or entertainment industry is a plus
