Bitscale is a signal-first GTM automation platform helping B2B teams find, enrich, and convert high-intent accounts using data + AI.
Our customers use Bitscale to:
- Build lead lists from buying signals
- Enrich accounts and contacts using multiple data providers
- Generate highly personalized outbound and inbound messaging
- Sync workflows with HubSpot, LinkedIn tools, and sales systems
We’re a small, sharp team (ex–IIT Kanpur, ex–JP Morgan, HSBC, Nanonets, Citymall) building a Clay alternative from India, for the world. Revenue is real, customers are real, and now we’re ready to build a serious marketing engine.
Design here isn't an afterthought. It's how we earn trust before a single sales call, and how we make a complex AI product feel simple once people are inside. You'll be the person who shapes both.
What we're looking for
- Someone who obsesses over craft — every pixel, every margin, every frame.
- A builder mindset: you go from brief to shipped asset without a lot of hand-holding.
- You understand that design at a startup means balancing speed with quality — and you know when to do which.
- You can take a basic brand foundation and turn it into a full design system.
- Strong visual intuition for what makes a SaaS product feel premium and trustworthy.
- You want to own the visual identity of a company that's moving fast.
What you'll work on
- Landing page — hero sections, feature illustrations, social proof, everything a prospect sees before they sign up.
- In-product assets — icons, illustrations, empty states, onboarding visuals, UI graphics.
- Design system — build and maintain it so every screen and every asset feels like it belongs to the same product.
- Social media creatives — LinkedIn and beyond, content that actually stops the scroll.
- Sales collateral — pitch decks, one-pagers, and proposals that make us look like a category leader.
- Email templates — marketing and transactional flows.
- You won't be a "vendor" handing off files. You'll decide what Bitscale looks like to the world.
Tools
- Must have: Figma, Motion / After Effects, Framer or Webflow
- Good to have: Illustration, short-form video editing
Good to have
- Previous experience at a SaaS or B2B product company.
- Understanding of how design affects conversion and trust.
- Experience building a design system from scratch.
