We're Beyond The Sugar — India's first monk fruit and allulose sweetener brand. We're small, fast, and very serious about building something that matters. If you've heard of us, great. If you haven't, you will.
We're looking for a Graphic Designer who gets what it means to work at a brand that actually has a point of view. Someone who can take a bold idea and make it look sharp — for packaging, social, ads, D2C, all of it. We move fast. We test a lot. We don't do safe or boring.
What you'll be doing
Designing creatives for Instagram, Facebook, and other social channels: from reels covers to carousels to static ads. Supporting packaging design, product visuals, and brand collateral. Working on performance creative (Meta ads) alongside the marketing team, your designs will be tested against real audiences, real budgets. Maintaining and evolving the BTS visual identity across everything we put out. Ideating, not just executing, we want someone who brings ideas, not just files.
What we're looking for
At least 1 year of design experience — agency, brand-side, or freelance, all fine. A portfolio that shows range and a clear visual sensibility. Fluency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop at minimum). Someone who moves fast without compromising on craft. An eye for what works on social — you scroll the same feeds our customers do, and you know what stops the thumb and what doesn't. Bonus if you've worked on food, FMCG, or D2C brands before.
