Role Description
We're looking for a Graphic Designer with 1–3 years of agency experience who understands that good design solves problems, not just fills Instagram feeds.
You'll be working closely with strategists, content writers, video editors, and founders to build visual identities and social media content for brands across industries. We want someone who can understand a founder's vision and translate it into visuals that communicate the right message to the audience.
This is a hybrid opportunity. Having your own workstation/setup is preferred.
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in a Social Media Marketing Agency (preferred)
- Strong understanding of branding and visual communication
- Ability to create premium social media creatives and carousel posts
- Knowledge of brand identity systems, including color palettes, typography, and visual consistency
- Experience in creating brand kits from scratch
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
- Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects
- Basic video editing skills will be considered a strong advantage
- Ability to collaborate with content strategists, video editors, and client-facing teams
- Strong aesthetic sense with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple brands while maintaining quality and consistency
