Role Description: The Graphic Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore. In this position, the designer will create visual concepts for marketing materials, social media assets, branding elements, presentations, and other collateral, following brand guidelines and project requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with marketing and content teams, developing layouts and design concepts, refining designs based on feedback, preparing print-ready and digital files, and maintaining consistency across all visual outputs. The role also involves participating in brainstorming sessions, staying updated on design trends, and managing multiple projects within deadlines.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent software.
- Experience in digital and print design, including social media creatives, marketing materials, and branding assets.
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to translate client requirements into clear visual concepts and design solutions.
- Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to incorporate constructive feedback.
- Attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Portfolio demonstrating a range of design work across different formats and industries.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with motion graphics or basic video editing is a plus.
- Willingness to work on-site in Coimbatore and engage with cross-functional teams.
