Job Description
Batangarh News is looking for a talented and passionate Graphic Designer to join our growing team in Indore.

Be part of a dynamic newsroom where your creativity helps bring ground-level stories to life through compelling graphics, motion elements, and social-ready designs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design eye-catching thumbnails, social media posts, banners, and promotional graphics for news videos and stories.
2. Create motion graphics, lower thirds, intros, outros, and animated elements for 8–10 minute news reports.
3. Design infographics, data visualizations, and explanatory graphics to make complex stories easy to understand.
4. Develop consistent branding visuals, logos, and templates for the Batangarh News brand across platforms.
5. Collaborate closely with video editors, reporters, and the content team to align designs with story tone and messaging.
6. Ensure all designs are high-quality, on-brand, and optimized for TV broadcast, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp.
7. Work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced news environment while maintaining creativity and attention to detail.
Eligibility Criteria:
1. Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Canva, or similar).
2. Strong understanding of visual storytelling, color theory, typography, and composition.
3. Experience in creating motion graphics, thumbnails, and social media content (preferred).
4. Ability to create clean, bold, and impactful designs suitable for news and journalism.
5. Good sense of current design trends, especially for digital news and short-form video content.
6. Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail and ability to work under time pressure.
7. Passion for journalism and using design to amplify real public stories.
8. Minimum 1.5 years of experience is required.
