About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can develop high-quality, performance-driven visual content across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of design principles, branding, and digital marketing requirements, with the ability to translate ideas into impactful creatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Create high-quality visual designs for social media, websites, paid advertisements, and integrated marketing campaigns
• Develop creatives aligned with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and target audience preferences
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute campaign ideas effectively
• Design a wide range of digital assets including banners, emailers, presentations, landing page creatives, and promotional materials
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and maintaining quality standards
• Adapt and optimize creatives based on performance insights, feedback, and campaign requirements
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and industry best practices to continuously enhance output quality
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and brand alignment across all visual communication.
Required Skills and Competencies
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Working knowledge of tools such as Figma, Canva, or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual hierarchy
• Familiarity with digital marketing formats including social media creatives, display ads, and email marketing assets
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing tools is an advantage
• Strong time management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree/certification in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field preferred
• 0-3 years of relevant experience in graphic design
• A strong portfolio showcasing creative and performance-oriented work
Preferred Attributes
• Strong attention to detail and creative thinking ability
• Gwalior-based candidates (or those open to relocation) preferred
• Freshers with a strong portfolio may be considered
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Understanding of branding, marketing concepts, and user engagement
• Prior experience in a digital marketing agency or similar environment is preferred
