About the Company:
Bandish Productions Private Limited is a creative media production house specializing in video
production, films, digital content, advertising, and branded storytelling. We work with diverse
clients across industries, delivering visually compelling and impactful content.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative
team. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, visual storytelling ability, and
experience in designing for digital, print, and media platforms. You will closely collaborate with
video editors, motion graphic artists, content creators, and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
● Design creative assets for digital platforms, including social media posts, banners,
thumbnails, creatives, ads, and campaigns
● Create branding materials such as logos, brand kits, presentations, pitch decks,
brochures, posters, flyers, and standees
● Support video and motion graphics teams with design elements like storyboards, title
cards, lower thirds, and visual references
● Develop creatives aligned with brand guidelines, client briefs, and project objectives
● Collaborate with internal teams to understand requirements and deliver timely outputs
● Adapt designs based on feedback from internal stakeholders and clients
● Ensure design consistency across all platforms and projects
● Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and industry standards
● Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Required Skills & Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or
related field
● 2–4 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer (media/creative agency preferred)
● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects
knowledge is a plus)
● Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layouts, and visual hierarchy
● Experience designing for social media and digital marketing
● Basic knowledge of print production processes
● Good communication and teamwork skills
● Ability to take creative direction and work independently
Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
● Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing basics
● Experience working in a production house or media company
● Familiarity with UI creatives or web design assets
● Ability to conceptualize ideas from scratch
