The Role

You’re not just designing pretty things, you’re building visuals that stop thumbs mid-scroll, tell stories without words, and stay burned into people’s brains. From pitch decks to campaign creatives, you’ll shape the visual language of APWIG’s work.

Your Mission

• Design compelling visuals for web, social, print, and experiential campaigns.
• Translate strategy and copy into scroll-stopping creative.
• Build and maintain brand consistency across clients and formats.
• Experiment with AI tools and new design trends to push boundaries.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to bring big ideas to life, fast.

You’ll Thrive Here If You

• Have 2+ years of design experience and a strong portfolio to prove it.
• Know your way around Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design tools.
• Can take vague briefs and turn them into visual masterpieces.
• Keep up with trends, but also know when to create them.
