Apex Brand Studio is looking for creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designers with a strong aesthetic sense, good understanding of social media design, and the ability to create visually polished work for brands a ss digital platforms. This role is ideal for designers who enjoy working on social media creatives, brand communication, digital
campaigns, layouts, and visual content for multiple clients in a fast-paced agency environment.
Role Overview:
We are looking for Graphic Designers who can translate content ideas, campaign concepts, and brand guidelines into clean, engaging, and visually strong designs. The ideal candidate should have a good eye for typography, layout, color, composition, and modern design trends.
The candidate should also be comfortable using AI tools to improve design thinking, speed up ideation, create references, explore visual directions, and support day-to-day creative execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create visually engaging designs for social media platforms, digital marketing campaigns, websites, presentations, and brand communication.
- Design static posts, carousels, stories, reels covers, thumbnails, ads, banners, and other digital creatives.
- Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs, including typography, colors, layouts, and visual style.
- Work closely with the content, social media, and strategy teams to convert ideas into strong visual communication.
- Understand client briefs and create designs that align with the brand’s tone, target audience, and platform requirements.
- Use AI tools for design references, mood boards, idea generation, image support, and creative exploration.
- Contribute to layouts, brand assets, visual identity systems, campaign designs, and digital content formats.
- Handle multiple design tasks while maintaining quality, attention to detail, and timely delivery.
- Take feedback constructively and refine designs based on internal and client inputs.
- Stay updated with current design styles, social media trends, AI-led creative tools, and platform-specific content formats.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of relevant experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a digital marketing, advertising, branding, or media agency.
- Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, layout, spacing, visual hierarchy, and composition.
- Good aesthetic sense with the ability to create clean, premium, and visually balanced designs.
- Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Basic knowledge of AI tools used for design, references, image generation, content support, or creative ideation.
- Good command of English for understanding briefs, content direction, and feedback.
- Experience designing for Instagram, YouTube, websites, ads, and other digital platforms.
- Ability to work on multiple brands and adapt design styles as per brand requirements.
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of finishing.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced agency setup.
