Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
3 years of relevant experience as a Graphic Designer.
Proficiency in design tools such as:
o Adobe Photoshop
o Adobe Illustrator
o Adobe InDesign
o Canva (if required)
Basic knowledge of video editing tools (Premiere Pro / After Effects) is a plus.
Understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, and branding principles.
Knowledge of social media design trends and digital marketing creatives.
Strong creativity and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
Experience in UI/UX design tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
Experience in motion graphics is an added advantage
Key Responsibilities:
Design high-quality creatives for social media, websites, email campaigns, and digital
advertisements.
Develop marketing collaterals such as brochures, banners, posters, flyers, and presentations.
Create engaging ad creatives for performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads,
etc.).
Work closely with the marketing and content team to conceptualize and execute design
strategies.
Maintain brand consistency across all designs and communication materials.
Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and layouts as per project requirements.
Design landing page creatives and basic UI elements when required.
Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
