About the Project – India Rubber Expo 2028
India Rubber Expo 2028 is one of Asia’s largest and most prestigious exhibitions for the rubber industry, bringing together global exhibitors, industry leaders, innovators, and trade professionals under one platform. The event showcases cutting-edge technologies, products, and solutions while creating international business opportunities and industry collaborations.
We are looking for a highly creative and passionate Graphic Designer who can bring fresh ideas, strong visual storytelling, and impactful designs to elevate the branding and communication of IRE 2028.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based at AIRIA Head Office, Andheri, Mumbai for a Graphic Designer working exclusively on the India Rubber Expo 2028 project.
The selected candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing high-impact creative materials for:
- Event Brochures & Catalogues
- Exhibition Theme & Branding Concepts
- Social Media Creatives & Campaigns
- Flyers, Invitations & Promotional Materials
- Stage & Venue Branding
- Digital Advertisements & Marketing Collaterals
- Website Banners & Emailers
- Corporate Presentations and Visual Assets
The designer will closely work with the event, marketing, and management teams to ensure world-class visual communication aligned with the scale and prestige of Asia’s largest rubber expo.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop innovative and visually compelling creative concepts for IRE 2028
- Design print and digital marketing materials with strong branding consistency
- Create engaging social media creatives and promotional campaigns
- Execute large-scale event branding and exhibition visuals
- Collaborate with internal teams, printers, vendors, and agencies
- Ensure timely delivery of all creative requirements under tight deadlines
- Maintain high standards of creativity, quality, and attention to detail
Qualifications & Skills
- Proficiency in Graphic Design tools and software
- Strong experience in Branding, Logo Design, and Visual Identity creation
- Excellent understanding of Typography, Layouts, and Color Theory
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) or equivalent software
- Strong creativity with the ability to transform ideas into impactful designs
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced event environment
- A strong portfolio showcasing previous creative and branding work is mandatory
- Experience in exhibitions, events, media, or large-scale campaigns will be an added advantage
