Position: Graphic Designer
Location: On-site in Pune
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Shift: 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM (IST) (EST-aligned hours with flexible overlap)
Experience Required: 3+ years

About the Role
We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer to support marketing initiatives by developing high-quality digital assets. The ideal candidate should have strong design execution skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain consistency across all brand communications.
Key Responsibilities:
Design & Asset Creation
- Create digital marketing assets including social media ads, supporting graphics, and presentations
- Design and develop marketing templates, including editable PDF templates
HubSpot & Layout Work
- Upload and manage graphics within HubSpot
- Create and structure modules and layouts (preferred)
Brand Consistency
- Follow detailed and expansive brand guidelines
- Replicate existing styles to maintain consistency across all assets
Multimedia Support
- Perform light video editing
- Assist with basic video creation
Requirements:
Experience
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe tools
- Working knowledge of HubSpot (module design is a strong plus)
Work Requirements
- Ability to work in EST-aligned hours with required overlap
- Comfortable with flexible schedules
