Position Overview
The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually compelling designs that support the
university’s branding, marketing, recruitment, and communication initiatives. This role works
closely with internal departments to produce high-quality creative materials for print and digital
platforms that reflect the university’s identity and values.
Key Responsibilities
Design creative assets for digital and print materials including brochures, social media
graphics, websites, presentations, advertisements, and campus signage.
Ensure all designs align with university brand guidelines and visual identity standards.
Collaborate with marketing, admissions, academic departments, and event teams on
campaign concepts and creative execution.
Develop graphics for student recruitment campaigns, events, alumni engagement, and
institutional announcements.
Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with vendors when required.
Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced academic environment.
Maintain organized design files and brand asset libraries.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
3–5 years of professional design experience.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and branding principles.
Experience designing for both print and digital platforms.
Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
Preferred Attributes
Experience in higher education or institutional marketing.
Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing tools.
Ability to translate complex academic information into visually engaging designs.
