About the Role
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and technology-savvy Graphic Designer with a strong interest in Product Design, User Experience (UX), and Healthcare Technology. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining visual storytelling, user-centered design, and product thinking to create impactful experiences for customers and stakeholders.
The successful candidate will work closely with Product Managers, Healthcare Domain Experts, Engineers, Marketing Teams, and Leadership across our US and India operations. This position offers a structured growth path toward Product Design leadership and eventually Product Management for candidates who demonstrate strong business, user, and product acumen.
Key Responsibilities
Visual Design & Brand Communication
● Design high-quality marketing collateral, presentations, brochures, white papers, infographics, social media creatives, website assets, and digital campaigns.
● Ensure consistency of visual identity, branding, and messaging across all customer-facing materials.
● Translate complex healthcare and technology concepts into compelling visual narratives.
Product Design & User Experience
● Create wireframes, mockups, user flows, prototypes, and visual interfaces for web and mobile applications.
● Collaborate with product and engineering teams to design intuitive and engaging user experiences.
● Participate in user research, usability reviews, and design validation exercises.
● Contribute to design systems, UI standards, and product design guidelines.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
● Work closely with healthcare domain experts to understand workflows, user personas, and business requirements.
● Collaborate with technology teams to ensure design feasibility and implementation quality.
● Participate in product discussions and contribute design-led thinking to product strategy and roadmap discussions.
Innovation & Product Thinking
● Develop a strong understanding of healthcare interoperability, clinical workflows, analytics platforms, and digital health solutions.
● Apply design thinking methodologies to solve customer and user challenges.
● Contribute ideas that improve user adoption, customer satisfaction, and product differentiation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Design Skills
● Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design, digital design, UI design, and UX capabilities.
● Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and related digital design platforms.
● Experience creating both marketing and product design assets.
● Ability to think visually and communicate ideas effectively through design.
User Experience & Product Orientation
● Good understanding of User Experience (UX) principles, Information Architecture, Interaction Design, and User-Centered Design.
● Familiarity with wireframing, prototyping, and usability best practices.
● Interest in evolving from design execution toward product thinking and product management responsibilities.
Communication & Collaboration
● Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
● Strong presentation and articulation abilities.
● Ability to work effectively with business stakeholders, healthcare professionals, engineers, and leadership teams.
● Comfortable working across time zones and supporting both US and Indian operations.
Technical Awareness
● Familiarity with modern web and mobile application development concepts.
● Understanding software product development lifecycle and Agile methodologies is desirable.
● Exposure to AI-enabled design tools and digital productivity platforms is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
● Bachelor’s or master’s degree in design, Visual Communication, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Product Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or related disciplines.
● Certifications in UX/UI Design, Product Design, Design Thinking, Human-Centered Design, or related areas are desirable.
● Prior experience in Healthcare, HealthTech, Life Sciences, Clinical Informatics, Healthcare Analytics, or Healthcare Interoperability environments will be a significant advantage.
● Experience working with SaaS, Enterprise Software, Analytics Platforms, or Healthcare Applications is preferred.
