About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and experienced Graphic Designer with 3+ years of experience to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, a good understanding of social media trends, and the ability to create visually appealing creatives for digital campaigns and brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create engaging social media creatives, posts, stories, reels covers, banners, and digital ads.
- Develop creative concepts and visual designs based on campaign requirements.
- Work closely with the social media, marketing, and content teams to execute campaigns.
- Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets.
- Adapt designs into different sizes and formats for various digital platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, social media formats, and visual styles.
- Handle multiple projects and deliver creatives within deadlines.
- Take creative briefs and convert them into high-quality visual concepts.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Experience with Canva and other design tools is an added advantage.
- Good understanding of social media design and digital advertising creatives.
- Strong sense of typography, colour, composition, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to understand creative briefs and work independently.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- A strong portfolio showcasing previous work is required.
Added Advantage:
- Experience working with brands, advertising agencies, or digital marketing teams.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics/video editing.
- Experience creating creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.
