The Opportunity
Are you a talented and ambitious designer with a passion for visual storytelling? We're seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Marketing and Internal Communications team as a Junior Graphic Designer. In this role, you'll play a key part in crafting engaging and impactful visuals that support our marketing initiatives, internal communications, and brand identity.
Responsibilities
Design and produce a wide range of creative assets, including:
- Marketing materials: Website graphics, social media visuals, and email campaigns.
- Video Editing: Create and edit short-form videos, simple animations, and motion assets for social media (Reels/Shorts), internal announcements, and brand storytelling.
- Internal communication materials: Employee newsletters, presentations, and infographics.
- Branding elements: Logos, brochures, and flyers.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, internal communications, and other teams to understand project goals and target audiences.
- Stay up to date on design trends, video editing techniques, and best practices.
- Proactively seek feedback and refine designs and video cuts based on input.
- Contribute to maintaining a consistent brand identity across all media.
- Work efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
Qualifications
- 4–5 years of experience as a graphic designer or in a related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, technical skills, and design thinking across both print/digital and video. * Proficiency in industry-standard design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD).
- Good to have: Working knowledge of video editing and motion tools (Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects). * Excellent collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Detail-oriented and quality-focused.
