About The Role
We are seeking a talented and innovative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team in Bangalore on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for individuals with up to two years of experience, including fresh graduates with a compelling portfolio. The primary responsibility will be to craft high-quality, modern digital invitation templates for our Invitation Nation platform. Your creative expertise will ensure our templates are visually appealing, user-friendly, and aligned with our brand's aesthetic standards. Additionally, you will support our marketing initiatives by designing engaging social media assets, banners, ad creatives, and promotional materials that resonate with our target audience. This position offers an exciting opportunity to build a diverse portfolio of work viewed by thousands of users while working in a collaborative, innovative environment.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess a basic to intermediate proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop, along with UI/UX design tools like Figma. A strong understanding of fundamental design principles such as typography, color theory, and layout composition is essential. Candidates must demonstrate a keen eye for minimalist, geometric, and bold design styles that convey a premium look. Openness to learning and integrating AI-driven design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or Canva AI is highly valued. Excellent communication skills and the ability to accept and incorporate constructive feedback are crucial for success in this collaborative environment. Responsibilities
- Design and develop premium, modern digital invitation templates tailored for various categories including weddings, corporate events, and institutional functions, ensuring each design maintains a clean, high-end aesthetic with a focus on minimalism and geometric elements.
- Export, organize, and document design assets to facilitate seamless integration with our frontend development team, ensuring consistency and quality in implementation.
- Collaborate closely with the Digital Growth Marketer to create compelling social media content, banners, digital advertisements, and promotional materials that effectively communicate our brand message and attract users.
- Design presentation decks and brochures to support the Business Development team in outreach and client engagement efforts.
- Leverage AI-assisted design tools alongside traditional software to enhance creativity, streamline workflows, and generate innovative assets efficiently.
- Participate in team brainstorming sessions, provide input on design strategies, and adapt quickly based on feedback from founders and marketing colleagues to refine visual outputs.
