Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in the Pune District. The Graphic Designer will create digital assets, including social media graphics, tutorial visuals, and marketing creatives that demonstrate effective use of Adobe Photoshop. Responsibilities include developing original concepts, refining layouts, selecting appropriate typography, and ensuring visual consistency across all materials. The role involves collaborating with content creators to translate educational topics into clear, engaging visuals and iterating designs based on feedback. The Graphic Designer will also maintain and evolve brand guidelines to support a cohesive visual identity.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Graphic Design and Graphics, with the ability to create visually compelling digital assets.
- Experience in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain a consistent visual identity.
- Proficiency in Typography, including font selection, hierarchy, and readability in digital layouts.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop; familiarity with other Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Illustrator, InDesign) is an advantage.
- Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to follow brand guidelines.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to evolving design requirements.
