🎨 We're Hiring | Graphic Designer
Ad96 is looking for a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our creative team. If you're passionate about design, branding, and digital marketing, and thrive in a fast-paced agency environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Position: Graphic Designer
Experience: 3+ Years
Location: Tadepalli, Vijayawada
Key Responsibilities
- Design engaging creatives for social media platforms, digital advertising campaigns, and websites.
- Develop branding materials including logos, brochures, flyers, banners, presentations, and other marketing collateral.
- Create high-quality print and digital designs aligned with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the marketing, content, and client servicing teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
- Conceptualize creative ideas and transform them into visually appealing designs.
- Edit and enhance images, videos, and marketing assets as required.
- Ensure consistency in branding across all client communications.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional graphic design experience.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience in designing for both digital and print media.
- Ability to create original concepts with minimal supervision.
- Excellent time management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics is preferred.
- Experience with AI-powered design tools and Figma is an added advantage.
