Abhinav Exports is an established export and manufacturing company with over 30 years of experience, specialising in creative paper-based products including stationery, packaging, children’s activity products, DIY and craft products.
We work with international buyers and retailers across global markets, developing products from initial concept and design through manufacturing and final delivery.
The Role
We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer with 0–3 years of experience to join our design and product development team.
This is a hands-on role involving the development of children’s games, DIY and activity kits, stationery, craft products, packaging and other consumer products for international markets.
The designer will work across the complete product development cycle — from concept, visualisation and buyer presentations to production-ready artwork and final manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop original concepts and designs for children’s games, activity kits, stationery, DIY, craft and related consumer products.
- Translate ideas and briefs into commercially relevant products for international buyers and retailers.
- Create compelling product presentations, concept boards, design decks and buyer-facing visual material.
- Develop projects from initial concept through to detailed, production-ready artwork.
- Work closely with the product development and manufacturing teams to ensure designs are practical and commercially viable.
- Prepare accurate artwork in accordance with printing, packaging and manufacturing specifications.
- Understand and incorporate production processes including die-cutting, foiling, embossing, lamination and other print finishes.
- Explore and use AI-based creative tools for ideation, visualisation and design development where relevant.
Skills & Experience
- 0–3 years of relevant graphic design experience.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
- Strong visual sense, creativity and attention to detail.
- Good understanding of commercial printing and print production.
- Knowledge of paper, board and other printing and packaging materials.
- Understanding of artwork preparation and production specifications.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with design, product development and manufacturing teams.
- Familiarity with contemporary AI design and ideation tools would be an advantage.
Candidates with an interest or prior experience in export houses, children’s products, toys, games, stationery, DIY, crafts, packaging or product design will be preferred.
