Job Description
We are looking for a creative and motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic design team. This position is ideal for a designer with 1-8 years of experience, passionate about creating compelling visuals across digital and print mediums. You will work closely with the team and other departments to bring innovative ideas to life while ensuring high-quality designs that align with our client's vision and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating designs for social media posts, banners, presentations, emailers, and other marketing collateral.
- Support the team in executing campaign creatives and adapting designs across formats.
- Make revisions and updates based on internal and client feedback.
- Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all deliverables.
- Organize design files and maintain proper version control.
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and basic AI-assisted creative workflows.
Job Requirements
- 1–8 years of experience or relevant internship/project work in graphic design.
- Basic proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; familiarity with Canva, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Freepik is a plus.
- Understanding of typography, color, and layout fundamentals.
- Willingness to learn AI-powered tools such as Canva AI, Freepik, Midjourney, and other image generation platforms.
- Good communication skills and a positive, collaborative attitude.
- A starter portfolio showcasing digital design work (academic or freelance accepted).
