JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for a visually disciplined Graphic Designer to join our creative team on-site in Mumbai. We are entirely open to talented freshers, we care far less about the years on your resume or the specific tools you use, and far more about your taste, execution, and extreme attention to detail.
If you notice uneven margins from a mile away, care deeply about typography, and believe that good design is intentional rather than decorative, we want to see your work.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conceptual Execution: Translate brand ideas into clean, thoughtful layouts across both digital media and print formats.
- Asset Creation: Design high-quality logos, corporate collateral, presentations, and social media graphics that strictly adhere to visual guidelines.
- Detail & Precision: Maintain absolute precision in layouts-ensuring grid alignment, typographic hierarchy, and pixel-perfect execution across all deliverables.
- Collaborative Iteration: Work closely with the creative team, taking constructive feedback and using it to refine and elevate your designs.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Experience: Open to Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience. A stellar portfolio trumps everything else.
- The Right Mindset: An obsessive eye for detail (kerning, padding, alignment, and whitespace matter deeply to you).
- Software Agnostic: Whether you use Adobe Creative Suite, Affinity, Figma, or any other modern design tool, you should be able to deliver clean, professional, and well-organized source files.
- Commitment: Ready to undergo a structured 3-month probation period to align with our team's workflow, speed, and quality standards.
- Portfolio Requirement: A link to a curated portfolio (Behance, website, or PDF) that showcases your raw layout skills, typography, and thoughtful design choices. Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
