About The Role
We're looking for a Graphic Designer Associate who’s curious, motivated, and comfortable learning by doing. You’ll work with our content and design teams on day-to-day creative needs and get hands-on experience across digital design, branding and marketing assets.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Create clear, high-quality visuals across marketing channels, including WhatsApp, In-app banners etc.
- Own small design tasks end-to-end, from brief to final output
- Adapt designs across formats (resize, reformat, optimize for different platforms)
- Use AI tools to speed up execution and explore new creative directions
- Collaborate with business and marketing teams to translate ideas into visuals
What We're Looking For
- 0-1 year experience or strong design coursework
- Working knowledge of Figma
- Strong basics in layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to take feedback and improve quickly
- Curious to experiment with new tools, especially AI-led workflows
Nice to have
- Interest in finance, investing, or consumer tech
