Flora Carbon AI is a climate-tech startup dedicated to leveraging AI-powered digital Monitoring, Reporting & Verification (dMRV) tools to support high-integrity nature-based carbon projects. Specializing in agroforestry, carbon farming, and forestry/afforestation, we collaborate with smallholder farmers to design sustainable models, enhance productivity, and help them access verified carbon revenues. We also partner with organizations on afforestation and restoration initiatives, such as Miyawaki urban forests and mangrove plantations, supported by transparent monitoring and audit-ready reporting. Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area, with some flexibility for remote work. As a Graphic Designer Associate, you will conceptualize and create high-quality visual assets, including graphics, logos, branding materials, and typographic designs. Your responsibilities will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure designs align with project goals and company branding guidelines, supporting marketing initiatives with visual storytelling, and ensuring final deliverables are polished, innovative, and impactful.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Graphics and Graphic Design, with experience in creating digital and print materials
- Knowledge and skills in Logo Design and Branding
- Foundational understanding of Typography to enhance design quality
- Strong creative vision and attention to detail
- Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects within deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
- Experience in sustainability, climate-tech, or similar industries is a plus
