Job Purpose:
The Graphic Artist / 3D Visualizer will work closely with the Pune Graphics team in collaboration with architectural teams to develop and produce concepts and graphics to communicate projects to clients through high-quality images and real-time rendering outputs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop high-quality photorealistic architectural renderings, walkthroughs, animations, and presentation graphics.
- Interpret architectural drawings, sketches, CAD files, and design concepts into detailed 3D models and visual outputs.
- Create exterior and interior visualizations with strong attention to lighting, materials, composition, landscaping, and environmental context.
- Collaborate with architects and designers to ensure visualization outputs align with project intent and design vision.
- Establish efficient rendering pipelines and workflows for real-time visualization tools.
- Continuously explore emerging visualization technologies, hardware, rendering engines, pipelines, and workflows.
Software Knowledge Required:
Other than industry-standard software such as 3ds Max, Enscape, V-Ray, and Photoshop, the candidate should possess working knowledge of real-time rendering software including but not limited to:
- Envision by Chaos
- D5 Render
- Lumion
- Unreal Engine
- Blender
- Twinmotion
Organizational Responsibilities:
- Strong technical understanding of composition tools and digital workflows.
- Strong eye for art, lighting, composition, and imagery.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Self-organized with passion and energy for visualization and design excellence.
Essential Experience & Qualifications:
- Extremely sound working knowledge of 3ds Max, V-Ray, and Photoshop.
- Experience in creating workflows for real-time rendering software.
- Degree/Diploma in Visualization, Architecture, Multimedia, or equivalent qualification from an accredited institute.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a professional creative environment.
- Basic knowledge of SketchUp, Rhino, and AutoCAD.
- Ability to create models from architectural plans, sketches, and elevations with knowledge of photorealistic rendering techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail with high professional integrity.
- Creative, flexible, proactive, and collaborative approach towards work.
